Job Summary
BERHAN Pharma PLC is hiring Technical Support & Sales Promotion (Biomedical Engineering)
- Contract: 3 months, renewable
- Experience: Fresh grads encouraged (0–1 yr)

- Residency: Must already live in chosen city (proof at offer).
Onboarding: 1-week, in-person training at Addis Ababa HQ within 14 days of offer (attendance required).

What you’ll do
- Technical: Perform standard installations/commissioning via SOPs & checklists; deliver basic user training; log/triage first-line issues; escalate per SOP; support QC & preventive maintenance.
- Promotion: Run structured demos/CME minis; record a dated next step for each; prepare quotes using official templates; keep account/visit logs.
- Tender: Compile datasheets, compliance tables & BOQs from locked templates; ensure completeness (stamps, signatures, paging); archive cleanly.
Qualification
- BSc in Biomedical Engineering
- Clear Amharic & English communication
- Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, PDFs, and documentation
