About You / Key Responsibilities:
- Act in accordance with the safety regulations.
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and behaviors.
- Promote a safety-first environment by sharing concerns, setting an example, and addressing safety issues with colleagues.
- Reinforce the importance of Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and sustainability initiatives.
- Propose SHE and sustainability improvement ideas to line manager and warehouse management teams.
- Implement projects and analyze their impact for proper deployment.
- Regularly visit shopfloor to verify compliance with HEINEKEN and local rules, standards, and procedures, and report findings during meetings (e.g., DCS).
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of warehouses and provide a safe work environment through consistent support of SHE policies.
- Coordinate RPM and full product warehouse crew (daily laborers and FLT drivers) depending on assignment area.
- Perform activities according to received instructions and applicable procedures.
- Apply 5S principles in the workplace and perform tasks accordingly.
- Participate in process performance improvements using TPM tools and comply with 5S and stacking discipline.
- Execute goods movement and storage safely and efficiently based on outbound warehouse team leader directions.
- Move goods from the right source to the right destination, in the correct quantity and time (e.g., unloading, line feed/discharge).
- Register goods movements and scrapping/write-offs accurately (via scanner if applicable).
- Ensure all goods movements are authorized and timely; prepare weekly count reports.
- Deliver intercompany transfer orders as per plan and schedule.
- Ensure stock accuracy by capturing all stock movements in the ERP system (OTIF).
- Perform regular stock counts, report deviations, and ensure FEFO usage of goods.
- Ensure quarantined raw products are kept separate.
- Comply with Standard Operating Procedures and maintain document control records.
- Check for damages/shortages in stock, report, and provide justification within 24 hours.
- Prepare warehouse for monthly counts and participate in the counting process.
- Ensure timely and accurate registration of all goods movements in WMS.
- Prepare and analyze all documentation for inventory movements.
- Secure goods in stock against theft risks.
- Maintain written location identifiers correctly.
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities.
- Inspect outer packaging quality of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Separate defective goods in stock and ensure they are not picked.
- Initiate improvement actions to prevent stock quality issues and damages.
- Receive, sort, store, repair, scrap, and issue RPM; control empty pockets.
- Operate material-handling equipment safely (FLT), only with valid certificate/license.
- Follow assets and equipment maintenance schedules as per regulations.
- Control warehouse doors and keys responsibly.
- Monitor storage racks and pallet conditions.
- Participate in TPM improvement activities and DCS meetings.
- Execute and complete actions within target time.
- Prepare daily operational performance reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly count reports.
- Prepare reports of wrong deliveries, overages, shortages, and damaged materials.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping as per document control procedures.
Job Requirements / Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years in Logistics with warehouse experience, preferably in an FMCG company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety management principles.
