Workshop Manager
The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing workshop operations related to the maintenance, repair, and servicing of ATM and electronic equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of services.
Education
- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- OR Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Engineering Management
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in ATM or electronic equipment repair and maintenance
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong hands-on experience in managing technical workshop operations and teams
Additional Advantage
- Training or certification in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance
- Experience in managing large-scale technical service operations
- Strong leadership and operational planning skills
