Purpose of the Program
Currently, we are seeking new graduates to join our Bank in a three-month Young Graduate Trainee - Business (YGT-Business) Program designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The program combines:
- Classroom training
- On-the-job training opportunities
The purpose is to prepare you for your next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions, and aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operations, and business strategies.
- Maintain positive work habits that are conducive to the bank's growth and profitability.
- Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Be a good team player with a strong passion for the industry.
- Execute other tasks as assigned.
Educational Requirement
- B.A. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or related Business fields, with a minimum CGPA of 3.25.
- Only graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C. are eligible to apply.
