Job Requirements
- Qualification Requirement: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
- Year of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a construction company.
- Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, experience in construction project accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor project expenses and construction-related financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and government tax regulations.
- Support budget preparation and financial planning activities.
- Assist during internal and external audit processes.
- Prepare tax reports, VAT declarations, and related financial documents.
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
