As part of our continued growth, we are pleased to invite applications for the positions of Associate,
Responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice independently and with senior attorneys
- Drafting, reviewing & negotiating transactional and corporate documents
- Conducting advanced legal research and preparing detailed legal opinions
- Leading due diligence, contract reviews, restructuring, and regulatory tasks
- Representing clients before government/regulatory institutions
- Overseeing compliance filings and documentation
- Supervising juniors and contributing to publications & client alerts
- Supporting client development and branding initiatives
Requirements:
- LLB degree
- 2–3+ years relevant experience (corporate/commercial/investment work advantageous)
- Excellent drafting, analytical, communication & research skills
- Strong understanding of Ethiopia’s corporate, commercial & investment legal frameworks
