VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Ethiopian Airlines Group would like to invite qualified applicants for the position of Associate Leadership Instructor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• A Minimum of BA degree in Business Administration /Business Management/HRM/ Management/Public Administration & Dev't Management or any field of study from recognized University/College with a minimum of three years of work experience as an Instructor or a Trainer in a University /College/ Training Institutes/ leadership institute.

OR

• MBA/MA in Human Resource Management or any related field of study from a recognized University/College/Institute with one year experience as an Instructor or a Trainer in a University /College/ Training Institutes/ leadership institute.

N.B.

1. Supervisory/Managerial practical experience is advantageous.
2. Experience in leadership training is advantageous.

LANGUAGE: Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory.

AGE LIMIT: - 18 - 35 Years’ Old Inclusive
