About the Job

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our organization in a senior-level position. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing departmental operations, supervising staff, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient execution of business functions. The role requires strong leadership ability, sound decision-making skills, and proven experience in managing teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily departmental activities to ensure smooth operations
• Lead, guide, and monitor team members to achieve performance targets
• Prepare operational plans, reports, and progress updates for management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Support budgeting, planning, and resource allocation activities
• Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend process improvements
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Provide customer-focused and results-driven service delivery
• Assist in staff development, coaching, and performance evaluation
• Perform other related duties assigned by management

Education & Experience

• BA Degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related field of study
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of service in a supervisory or leadership position
