Job Summary
The Case Executive is responsible for managing, following up, and coordinating company cases related to banking, customs, government offices, legal, and regulatory institutions, ensuring smooth and timely completion of assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company cases with banks, customs, ministries, and other concerned offices
- Follow up on files, permits, licenses, approvals, and official correspondences
- Prepare, submit, and track case-related documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required information
- Maintain organized records of all cases and reports
- Ensure timely resolution of assigned cases
- Represent the company professionally with external stakeholders
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience dealing with banks, customs, and government institutions is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Amharic
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
