Center Support Representative (Urgent Vacancy)
The Center Support Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across communication channels.
The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service (call center experience is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good listening skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
