Collateral Valuator And Engineer

Job Purpose:

The Collateral Valuator and Engineer – Civil is responsible for evaluating, designing, and estimating civil engineering projects and assets. The role involves assessing the value of collateral, preparing technical reports, and providing accurate cost estimates to support financial and project decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuation of civil engineering assets and collateral.
• Prepare design and technical drawings for civil projects as required.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for construction and repair projects.
• Review and verify structural plans, project specifications, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to assess the condition and value of assets.
• Prepare detailed reports on valuation, estimation, and engineering assessments.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and project teams to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, building codes, and regulations.

Educational Qualifications:

• BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or any relevant field of study.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing, estimation, and valuation of civil engineering projects or assets.
