About the Job
This role is responsible for conducting valuations of properties and assets, preparing engineering estimates, and supporting technical assessments related to collateral evaluation. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate valuation and risk assessment for financial and project-related decisions.
Requirements
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design, estimation, and valuation
- Experience in property valuation, quantity surveying, or construction project analysis is advantageous
- Good understanding of construction materials, cost estimation, and engineering standards
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to prepare valuation reports and technical documents accurately
Skills Required:
- Civil / Engineering / Cotm
