Job Summary
We are looking for a Creative Strategy Intern to join our team at Spotlight Communication & Marketing in Addis Ababa. This is a learning opportunity designed for someone eager to explore the world of creative strategy, with the potential to grow into a Junior Creative Strategist role over time.
What you’ll be involved in
- Learning how to translate client briefs into creative directions.
- Supporting research and insight development for campaigns.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and idea development.
- Collaborating with our Strategy, Creative, and Digital teams.
- Assisting with presentations and campaign storytelling.
Who we’re looking for
- A curious and creative thinker with a strong interest in advertising and marketing.
- Someone with good communication and storytelling skills.
- A proactive learner who is open to feedback and growth.
