Job Duties:

- Confident and bold demeanor.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries or redirect as needed.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Handle client complaints or requests efficiently and politely.
- Support daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
