Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer-II (CSO-II) is responsible for providing efficient and professional banking services to customers, handling customer inquiries, supporting daily branch operations, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service and support at branch level.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic banking issues.
• Support account opening and customer documentation processes.
• Assist customers with banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Support daily branch operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Promote quality customer experience and service excellence.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Work Experience:

• No work experience required.
• Applicants should be graduates of 2024, 2025, or 2026.

Age Requirement:

• Applicants must be below 30 years old.

GPA Requirement:

• Male applicants: 3.00 and above.
• Female applicants: 2.75 and above.

Exit Exam Requirement:

• Minimum 50% and above.

Salary:

• According to the Bank’s salary scale.

• Branches under Addis Ababa City Area.
• Branches under Dire Dawa District.
• Branches under Hawassa District.
• Branches under Adama District.
