Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients at Nordic Medical Centre. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting smooth client flow, handling administrative activities, processing payments, and ensuring clients receive accurate information and professional assistance throughout their interaction with the medical centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register clients at the customer service desk in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding medical centre services, procedures, and available support.
- Manage the flow of clients within the medical centre and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and emails professionally and provide necessary information to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Receive payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation of client-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth client services.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and client experience.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting, or any related field.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience working in a customer service role is required.
- Experience in customer account administration and handling customer inquiries and complaints is an advantage.

- Fluent in English and Amharic, both written and spoken.
