Role Overview
We are expanding our operations team and seeking 15 motivated Call Center Agents to facilitate high-quality communication within our ride-hailing network. This role involves managing real-time inquiries from both drivers and passengers, ensuring every journey is supported by professional assistance. We offer 10 positions for the daytime shift and 5 positions for the nighttime shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information about services.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures.
- Support daily operations of the ride service.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma and above in any field of study.
- Strong communication skills in Amharic and English (both are required).
- Computer skill and knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage (but not required).
Shift Availability
- Day Shift: 10 Openings
- Night Shift: 5 Openings
