Internship Opportunity: Data Encoder (Unpaid -3 - 5 Months)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated intern to join our team as a Research & Data Entry Intern. This is an unpaid, on-site internship for a duration of 3 - 5 months, ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals eager to gain practical experience in data collection, manual data entry, and online research. You will assist in gathering, organizing, and entering information into structured databases and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual data collection and online research based on provided guidelines Organize, clean, and input data into spreadsheets or internal systems. Enter collected information into structured web forms or databases. Assist the team with basic research and documentation tasks.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and teammates.
- Suggest improvements to data entry processes when applicable.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs, or Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient written English
- Must be available to work on-site at least three (3) days per week throughout the internship period.
- Automation skills and experience are desirable
