Job Summary
The Dean / TVET Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of TVET programs aimed at empowering women with market-oriented skills. The position ensures compliance with national TVET standards, effective trainer supervision, and positive training and employment outcomes for women trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise TVET training programs in line with national TVET standards.
- Ensure quality delivery of competency-based training and CoC preparation.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate trainers and training staff.
- Monitor trainee performance, attendance, and progress in a gender-responsive learning environment.
- Establish and maintain industry linkages for internship, apprenticeship, and employment.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports.
- Ensure effective use of training facilities, tools, and resources.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in TVET, Education, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in TVET coordination, training management, or women empowerment programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of the CoC system is an advantage.
