- እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ በማንኛውም ቀንና ሰዓት መስራት የሚችል (ቅዳሜና እሁድን ጨምሮ)
- በመንግስት መስሪያ ቤቶች እና በሌሎች ተቋማት ውስጥ የጉዳይ ማስፈጸም ስራዎችን የሚያከናውን
- የመኪናዉን ንጽህና መደበኛ ጥገናን፤ የሶስተኛ ወገን፤ የሰርቪስ ጊዜ የሚጠብቅ እና የወጡ የሃገራችንን ትራፊክ ህጎችን የሚያከብር
- በሚፈለገዉ ቦታ ሰዓቱ ለመድረስ መንገዶችን ማቀድ
- ስራን በጥራት እና በቅልጥፍና ማከናወን
- ሰዓት አክባሪ፣ ሚስጥሮችን የሚጠብቅ እና አስተዋይ የሆነ
መስፈርቶች
- በግል ድርጅት በሹፌርነት ከ2 በላይ ዓመት ልምድ ያለው።
- ህዝብ 1 ወይም 3ኛ መንጃ ፍቃድ ያለዉ እና ንጹህ የአደጋ መዝገብ ያለው
- በጣም ጥሩ የስራ ግንኙነት እና የንግግር ችሎታ ያለው።
- ሚስጥሮችን የሚጠብቅ እና አስተዋይ የሆነ
- በቂ ዋስ ማቅረብ የሚችል
- የመኖሪያ አድራሻቸዉ ድርጅቱ በሚገኝበት ከዉንጌት ወደ አስኮ በሚወስደዉ መንገድ አካባቢ ወይም አስኮ፤ ፒያሳ /ጊዮርጊስ፤ አዲሱ ገበያ ፤ አጠና ተራ እና አቅራቢያዉ ቢሆን ይመረጣል
