Summary
The Call Center Agent will respond to client calls, provide accurate SRH counseling, direct sales-related inquiries to the appropriate staff, and support follow-ups with partner clinics on DKT projects.
Call Handling
- Respond to incoming calls professionally and with empathy.
- Provide counseling on family planning, safe abortion information, STI/HIV prevention, and other SRH topics.
- Record client information, type of call, and outcomes in the system.
Sales & Customer Support
- Handle product inquiries and direct clients to the correct sales representative.
- Document complaints, requests, and feedback.
Partner Clinic Follow-up
- Contact clinics to follow up on referrals, client visits, and project activities.
- Track services provided and report gaps or issues to the supervisor.
Data Recording & Reporting
- Maintain accurate call logs and counseling notes.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting.
Qualification
- Diploma or BSc in Nursing, Midwifery, or related health field with a valid license.
- Experience in SRH counseling is an advantage.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work with sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills.
Required Number: Two
Salary and Benefits: As per DKT Ethiopia’s scale.
Reports to: Call Center Supervisor
Terms of Employment: One-year Contract (with possible extension)
