Essential Functions
- Strategic Leadership: Advise senior leadership on financial aid trends and regulatory changes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the institution’s primary authority on federal Title IV and state aid regulations.
- Policy Development: Develop, maintain, and enforce institutional financial aid policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Provide direct supervision and leadership to financial aid staff, ensuring staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial aid administration.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of federal Title IV regulations and financial aid compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s Degree preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead through regulatory change and institutional transformation.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and decision-making skills.
