Executive Director, Financial Aid Position Available

Essential Functions

• Strategic Leadership: Advise senior leadership on financial aid trends and regulatory changes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the institution’s primary authority on federal Title IV and state aid regulations.
• Policy Development: Develop, maintain, and enforce institutional financial aid policies and procedures.
• Staff Management: Provide direct supervision and leadership to financial aid staff, ensuring staff development.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in financial aid administration.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of federal Title IV regulations and financial aid compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degree: Master’s Degree preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead through regulatory change and institutional transformation.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and decision-making skills.
