Job Summary BESYS Technologies PLC invites highly qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Executive Secretary. The role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and top management, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication across the organization.
Job Requirement
Qualification:
- MA/Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar senior secretarial role
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Oral and written communication
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to CEO and top management
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and presentations
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate communication between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize travel arrangements, events, and official engagements
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
