Executive Secretary

Job Summary BESYS Technologies PLC invites highly qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Executive Secretary. The role is responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and top management, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication across the organization.

Job Requirement

Qualification:

• MA/Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum of 6 years proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar senior secretarial role

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• Oral and written communication
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to CEO and top management
• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes, and presentations
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Coordinate communication between management and internal/external stakeholders
• Organize travel arrangements, events, and official engagements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
