QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- BA Degree in food and beverage service/Hotel Management/ Hotel Operation/ Restaurant Management/ Hotel and Tourism Management/Food Engineering or any related filed of study from a recognized University/ College/ TVET with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience at a big scale catering production area or 4/5 star Hotel.
OR
- A Minimum of 10+3/College Diploma/Level III Certificate in food preparation/ Kitchen Operation/Foreign dish cooking/confectionary/ Baking and Pastry making or any related filed of study from a recognized catering Institute/TVET/ College with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience at a big scale catering production area or 4/5 star Hotel.
LANGUAGE
- Knowledge of ET working language English is mandatory and other foreign languages are desirable.
