Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Coffee and Sesame Export Expert who will lead sourcing, quality control, logistics, compliance, and international sales operations to expand our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations for coffee and sesame products.
• Identify and build strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, suppliers, and collectors.
• Ensure product quality grading, cleaning, packaging, and standards meet international requirements.
• Handle export documentation including contracts, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, insurance, and compliance permits.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs, and logistics teams for timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Conduct international market research and generate new buyers in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Americas.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms (LC, TT, CAD), and manage foreign trade risks.
• Work closely with government bodies such as Ethiopian Coffee & Tea Authority and ECX for regulatory alignment.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in international trade, logistics, agribusiness, marketing or related fields
• Minimum 2 and above year experience
