Position Overview:
The Finance and Admin Assistant will manage daily financial transactions, assist in accounting and administrative duties, and support overall office operations. This position ensures accurate financial records, efficient administrative processes, and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage petty cash, prepare bank reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting.
- Process payments, prepare payroll, and manage tax declarations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative documents.
- Support logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures.
Skills and Expertise:

- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance and administration.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is a plus.
