Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, email campaigns, and print collateral
- Develop and maintain brand assets — logos, icons, illustrations, templates, and visual identity systems
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to turn strategy into scroll-stopping visuals
- Create both static and motion graphics (Reels, Shorts, animated banners) that tell a story
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print use across global markets
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment — delivering quality on time, every time
- Stay ahead of the curve on design trends, tools, and platform best practices
What You Bring
- A strong portfolio showcasing real-world design work (no student projects)
- Expert-level skills in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (a major plus for video/motion content)
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Ability to take feedback gracefully and iterate quickly without losing creative spark
- Self-motivated with excellent time management — you thrive with autonomy
