Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Horticulture graduate to join our team as a Greenhouse Supervisor. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, hardworking, and able to support daily greenhouse operations. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily greenhouse activities (watering, pruning, planting, fertilizing).
- Check plant health and report any issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies).
- Supervise greenhouse workers and coordinate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper greenhouse hygiene, irrigation management, and climate control.
- Keep simple records on production, inputs, and plant performance.
- Follow instructions from the farm/agronomy manager.
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Horticulture, Floriculture, Plant Science, or related field.
- No experience required — on-the-job training provided.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and greenhouse practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in greenhouse/field conditions.
Preferred Qualities
- Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Ability to supervise workers respectfully.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
