Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa for a Guest Service Representative. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cenet hotel management software is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
