Job Summary
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Manage waiting lists during busy hours and ensure fair guest flow
- Assist in maintaining a positive guest experience throughout their visit
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hostess or in customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
