Currently, we operate in six regional states – Afar, Gambella, Oromia, Somali, Amhara, and South Ethiopia. Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, including document management and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Scan and file personnel documents accurately and systematically to maintain organized records.
- Record Keeping: Assist in organizing and updating employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Always uphold the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the HR team on various projects and initiativesDuration: 6 Months
- Qualifications:
- Education: A recent bachelor’s degree (2024 and 2025) graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Team Player: Willingness to learn and work effectively within a team environment.
- Microsoft Office Pack: Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Powerpoint
- Attention to detail
