Job Summary
The HR Officer supports the overall HR function by handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management processes, and employee relations. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies and contributes to a positive working environment that aligns with company values and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment process and documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials; conduct orientation.
- Maintain updated employee files, attendance records, and HR databases.
- Ensure confidentiality, proper filing, and availability of HR documents.
- Assist in quarterly and annual performance appraisal processes, including KPI tracking.
- Prepare routine HR reports for management.
- Provide administrative support for training and development programs.
- Assist the HR Manager with employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievance handling.
- Support employee engagement activities and promote positive workplace culture.
- Monitor leave, attendance, and policy compliance across departments.
- Assist with HR audits, compliance checks, and policy updates.
- Provide payroll-related administrative support (as required).
- Coordinate HR-related tasks with other departments and participate in HR planning meetings.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, HR operations, or generalist roles.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, or fast-paced environments is an added advantage.
