Position Overview

The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including:

• Recruitment
• Employee relations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Lead and promote employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analysis for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change and foster employee engagement.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
