Position Overview
The HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities, including:
- Recruitment
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Compliance
- Training and development
- Compensation and benefits
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Lead and promote employee development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and analysis for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and foster employee engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
