Responsibilities

• Plan manpower needs in coordination with department heads.
• Oversee job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection processes.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Assess training needs and develop annual training plans.
• Organize orientation programs, workshops, and career development initiatives.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Implement performance appraisal systems and guidelines.
• Ensure objective performance evaluations and follow-up feedback.
• Support managers in setting KPIs and developing improvement plans.
• Oversee payroll accuracy, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct salary reviews and support budget planning.
• Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication.
• Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Promote a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and mental health programs.
• Contribute to HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Support organizational structure reviews and workforce planning.
• Use HR metrics and analytics for decision-making and reporting.
• Prepare monthly and annual HR reports.
• Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and confidential records.
• Manage HR budget and resource planning.

Qualification

• BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration/Management, or related fields
