Responsibilities
- Plan manpower needs in coordination with department heads.
- Oversee job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and selection processes.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
- Assess training needs and develop annual training plans.
- Organize orientation programs, workshops, and career development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and guidelines.
- Ensure objective performance evaluations and follow-up feedback.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and developing improvement plans.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Ensure compensation practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct salary reviews and support budget planning.
- Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication.
- Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Promote a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and mental health programs.
- Contribute to HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Support organizational structure reviews and workforce planning.
- Use HR metrics and analytics for decision-making and reporting.
- Prepare monthly and annual HR reports.
- Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and confidential records.
- Manage HR budget and resource planning.
Qualification
- BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration/Management, or related fields
