Market Research & Reporting: Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor activity, and prepare insightful reports.
Customer Support: Provide essential customer support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with various tools to keep digital efforts running smoothly.
Editorial Activities: Use tools to contribute to content and design curation, creation, and editorial tasks.

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Strong internet, social media, and technology skills, including the ability to use digital tools effectively and work with online platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive, independent mindset with a keen eye for detail.
