Are you a network expert with a passion for building secure, high-performance infrastructure? We're hiring an IT Network Officer to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise network systems powering payment services across Ethiopia.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise network management, ideally in financial services, payment processing, or retail environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure for POS and payment platforms
• Monitor bandwidth usage, network performance, and system health
• Implement and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to ensure data protection and secure access
• Troubleshoot network issues to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to support technology rollouts and upgrades
