Job Purpose
The IT Officer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, networks, and software
- Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, email, internet)
- Manage data backup, system security, and antivirus protection
- Maintain company IT assets and documentation
- Support basic system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and MS Office
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
