1. Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic IT Project Manager with a strong background in software development and experience managing complex technology projects. This role combines hands-on coding expertise—particularly in Microsoft Power Platform, .NET, and web technologies—with strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who can write code, manage vendors, and ensure project outcomes align with organizational goals.
2. Main Duties and Responsibilities
The main duties include:
- Writing clean, maintainable code and building scalable business applications using: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), C#, JavaScript, .NET Core, HTML/CSS.
- Managing the full software project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Developing and implementing integration strategies with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 (Business Central), Azure, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
- Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Integrating Power Platform with data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure SQL, Business Central, and third-party APIs.
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives, business application implementations, and cloud migrations, as required.
3. Job Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Proven coding experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong programming background in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with .NET Core or equivalent frameworks.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and cloud-based architecture (Azure preferred).
- Hands-on experience in software development specifically with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and how they can support business processes.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
3.1 Education
MSc/BSc Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
3.2 Experience
4-6 years of relevant experience with 2 years in an IT Project Management role for MSc and BSc respectively.
3.4 Language
English
