Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support daily accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow professionally in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting records and financial data entry
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accounting documents and files
- Support invoice recording, payment tracking, and expense documentation
- Enter financial transactions accurately into accounting systems
- Assist with basic reporting and reconciliation tasks
- Support the finance team with other accounting-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Good communication skills
- Good command of computer applications and typing
- Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting
- Quick learner with a willingness to develop accounting skills further
- Hardworking, responsible, and attentive to detail
