Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support daily accounting and finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow professionally in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting records and financial data entry
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accounting documents and files
• Support invoice recording, payment tracking, and expense documentation
• Enter financial transactions accurately into accounting systems
• Assist with basic reporting and reconciliation tasks
• Support the finance team with other accounting-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Good communication skills
• Good command of computer applications and typing
• Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting
• Quick learner with a willingness to develop accounting skills further
• Hardworking, responsible, and attentive to detail
