Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and optimizing all digital tools and IT systems—including Notion and core software/hardware—to ensure smooth daily operations, digital security, and excellent end-user support.

Reports To: IT Manager / Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
Notion Workspace Management & Digital Documentation
- Set up, organize, and update the company’s Notion workspace, templates, pages, and permissions.
- Train and support staff on Notion workflows, documentation, and digital organization best practices.
- Ensure knowledge sharing, project tracking, and process documentation are structured and accessible.
End-User IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT and application support (in-person, email, and phone).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware (computers, printers, peripherals), software, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, internet/Wi-Fi issues, and commonly used software.
IT Systems, Security & Asset Management
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage IT assets—procurement, deployment, software licensing, inventory, and updates.
- Implement and monitor IT security measures (antivirus, access control); ensure compliance with security policies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot security camera (CCTV/IP camera) systems across sites.
Network & User Administration
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and network device (printer, shared drive) configuration.
- Support and optimize the use of Google Drive and core team collaboration platforms.
Training & Documentation
- Document IT systems, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset inventory.
- Onboard and train new staff on IT systems, software usage, and security policies.
- Develop user-friendly guides for frequent IT/Notion tasks.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Stay updated on relevant technology trends and recommend enhancements.
- Assist with IT or digital transformation projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years
- Demonstrable Notion workspace management and general IT support experience.
- Experience managing digital collaboration and knowledge management platforms such as Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, Click Up, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Skills covering hardware/software support, network basics, and digital security.
- Effective communicator and trainer, able to support users at all skill levels.
