Educational Qualification

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to and resolve user support requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless networks, and TCP/IP connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions as required.
- Install software updates, security patches, and system upgrades.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment deployment.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives by following security policies and protecting organizational data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
- Sound understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP protocols, and wireless networking.
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and IT governance practices.
