Job Summary

Micro Pharma PLC is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technical professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining company systems and networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are effectively implemented.
• Provide technical support to staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in IT asset management and documentation.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with networking, servers, and data backup systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
