About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant / Junior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance.
Job Summary
The Assistant / Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting financial record keeping, assisting in reporting, and ensuring accuracy in daily accounting activities while complying with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and books of accounts
- Support preparation of financial reports and statements
- Record daily financial transactions accurately
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account follow-ups
- Support audit processes and documentation preparation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Accounting or related field
- 0 years or above relevant experience
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, especially MS Office
