CuraGate PLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Addis Ababa! This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in the medical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily transactions (Invoices, Receipts, Vouchers)
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Handle banking activities and petty cash
- Support monthly tax declarations (VAT, Withholding, Income Tax)
- Perform data entry in Peachtree/Sage and MS Excel
- Assist in bank reconciliations and audit preparation
Requirements:
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience: Fresh Graduate (0 years) or < 1 year experience
- Skills: Basic MS Excel & understanding of Peachtree/Sage
- Academic Record: Strong GPA preferred
- Soft Skills: High integrity, attention to detail, and eager to learn
