Job Summary: The Junior Administration Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and office operations while acting as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders. The role ensures smooth office coordination, supports company setup activities, and follows up with government offices, service providers, and partners to maintain efficient operations.
Job Requirement:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 0–1 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and reception activities, including scheduling and welcoming visitors
- Ensure office equipment and facilities are functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Provide administrative support for smooth office operations
- Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence with government offices and follow up on approvals and requests
- Ensure company permits and statutory documents are updated and available
- Support operational activities and contribute to process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
