As part of our continued growth, we are pleased to invite applications for the positions of Junior Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions
- Representing clients before government bodies
- Managing client matters: drafting documents, processing permits & filings
- Supporting senior attorneys on transactional and operational work
- Drafting and reviewing contracts & due diligence reports
- Contributing to legal updates, website content & client alerts
Requirements:
- LLB degree
- Prior law office experience preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong reasoning, organization & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong command of Amharic & English
