As part of our continued growth, we are pleased to invite applications for the positions of  Junior Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions
• Representing clients before government bodies
• Managing client matters: drafting documents, processing permits & filings
• Supporting senior attorneys on transactional and operational work
• Drafting and reviewing contracts & due diligence reports
• Contributing to legal updates, website content & client alerts

Requirements:

• LLB degree
• Prior law office experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong reasoning, organization & communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong command of Amharic & English
