Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Booking Agent to join our call center team. The role involves:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Managing customer bookings
• Providing accurate information
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and platform in a timely and professional manner.
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the company’s reservation system.
• Provide service information, pricing, and availability to customers.
• Utilize basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Demonstrate familiarity with data entry and customer call logging systems.
• Maintain a typing speed of at least 25–35 WPM.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Zero years of experience.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Good data entry and computer skills (MS Office, CRM, booking software).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
