Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in liaison activities.
• Good English proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
• Proactive with a professional attitude.
• Critical and creative thinking for strategic decision-making
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Effective in high-pressure, multitasking environments
• Self-motivated and initiative-driven
• Adaptable to fast-paced settings
• Basic computer proficiency

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks assigned by management in governmental and non-governmental organizations
• Maintain a flexible, community-oriented approach
• Ensure timely and professional execution of tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of all information
• Monitor and create channels for problem-solving
• Foster communication among professionals, the community, and vendors
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
• Uphold the company’s image and integrity
• Manage document delivery and receipt for all parties
• Report daily and weekly to the Project Manager on community issues and project performance
• Relay project-related inquiries from community leaders to appropriate authorities
