Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in liaison activities.
- Good English proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proactive with a professional attitude.
- Critical and creative thinking for strategic decision-making
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Effective in high-pressure, multitasking environments
- Self-motivated and initiative-driven
- Adaptable to fast-paced settings
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks assigned by management in governmental and non-governmental organizations
- Maintain a flexible, community-oriented approach
- Ensure timely and professional execution of tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of all information
- Monitor and create channels for problem-solving
- Foster communication among professionals, the community, and vendors
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
- Uphold the company’s image and integrity
- Manage document delivery and receipt for all parties
- Report daily and weekly to the Project Manager on community issues and project performance
- Relay project-related inquiries from community leaders to appropriate authorities
