Junior Marketing Officer

Job Summary

PrimeCare Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Marketing Officer to support the growth of our digital health ecosystem, including PrimeCare EHR and PrimeChart. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and the healthcare providers who need them. Your primary focus will be on raising brand awareness, generating leads among private clinics and hospitals, and supporting our strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and product explainers that simplify the benefits of our products.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients to schedule product demonstrations.
• Digital Presence: Manage company social media profiles and assist in updating the website to reflect new features and success stories.
• Market Research: Monitor the Ethiopian digital health landscape, including competitor pricing and new regulatory requirements, to help refine our value proposition.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and representing PrimeCare at medical conferences, workshops, and community outreach events.
• Client Relationship Support: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to gather feedback from our existing healthcare facility clients to inform future marketing campaigns.
• Reporting: Track the performance of marketing activities and prepare weekly reports on lead acquisition and engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. A background or strong interest in the SaaS, Tech, or Healthcare sectors is highly preferred.

• Communication: Fluent in Amharic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software).

• Soft Skills: A "self-starter" mindset with the ability to navigate the "VUCA" (volatile/uncertain) nature of a growing tech company. High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are essential for client-facing tasks.
