Link Net is a dynamic and growing virtual internet service provider (VISP) pushing the boundaries of connectivity.
We are seeking 3 dynamic and results-driven Sales Persons to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management - Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing inquiries, and providing customer service.
- Sales Support - Assisting the sales team with various tasks, including preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Lead Generation and Qualification - Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis - Maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Product Knowledge - Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Administrative Tasks - Handling customer inquiries, managing sales documentation, and performing other administrative duties related to the sales process.
- Market Research - Researching the market to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Required Skills:
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing ( Specially email and Phones )
- Sales Skills: Understanding basic sales techniques, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and maintaining accurate records.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues and overcoming sales challenges.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should be a self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and a resilient attitude.
Qualifications:
- Education: A diploma or degree in any in marketing management or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role.
- Relevant coursework or certifications in sales, customer service, or a related field can be advantageous.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in the VISP (Internet Service Provider) industry is a significant advantage. If you've sold telecommunications or internet services, you already have a head start.
